As a Raleigh-based commercial broker, Faysal Merhi specializes in land acquisition, development feasibility, and seller negotiations for builders and investors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in commercial real estate development. Combining a strong financial background with industry expertise, Faysal provides strategic guidance to clients by identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and structuring transactions that support successful development projects.

Raised in Raleigh, Owen Drugan is a driven, detailed, and passionate commercial broker.  A graduate from North Carolina State University, Owen holds a bachelors degree in business administration.  Owen utilizes his background in accounting and marketing alongside industry experience, to assist buyers and sellers with existing product sales and leasing.  Owen is well-versed in sourcing, analyzing, negotiating and marketing properties across the multifamily, industrial, and retail asset classes.
